Belle is now 6. But she doesn't know that I know that cause I keep asking her how it feels to be 12. She thinks I'm mentally challenged, I'm sure. :)
She wanted to have her birthday party at my folks cabin in the woods. It sits on a lake and has lots of fun stuff to do. The cabin has lots of fun stuff like...
Dragonflies who are afraid of no one.
Spiders...everywhere.
Lots of pretty flowers...everywhere.
Belle got lots of presents...and of all of them, which included a brand new bike...her favorite were these shoes...
Followed only by this fabulous fairy suit. She wore it the rest of the day.
As you know...high heels are HARD to walk in. Especially in the woods...so we often have to ask someone to hold our hand cause we keep falling down.
Everyone spent some time jumping on the trampoline...
Having snacks...
Picking flowers (like all good fairies do)...
We had a tragedy when a birthday present fell through the cracks in the deck and Belle thought it was gone forever.
Hunter told Mimi this was her innertube when she was a baby. She believed him.
It was a fabulous day and splendid birthday. The birthday girl was pretty happy!
